1. Tools & Materials Needed

Electric drill or screwdriver

Measuring tape and level

Cutting saw (hand saw or electric saw)

Clips and screws (usually stainless steel)

WPC corner profiles or edge trims

Sealant or adhesive (optional, for waterproof sealing)

2. Preparation

Surface cleaning: Ensure the wall surface is flat, clean, and dry.

Frame installation: If the wall is uneven or external, install a wooden or aluminum batten frame (recommended spacing: 400–500 mm apart).

Check alignment: Use a level to ensure the battens are horizontally and vertically aligned.

3. Installation Steps

Step 1: Start from the corner or bottom

Fix the starter clip at the bottom of the frame or wall using screws.

Make sure it’s level; this determines the alignment of all panels above.

Step 2: Fix the first WPC panel

Insert the first panel tongue into the starter clip.

Ensure it is fully locked and level.

Screw the fastening clips onto the batten through the groove of the panel.

Step 3: Continue installing

Slide the next panel tongue into the previous groove.

Secure it with a clip and screw.

Repeat this process upward or sideways, depending on design direction.

Step 4: Finishing

At the top or edge, trim the last panel to fit.

Install edge trims or corner profiles to cover joints and give a clean appearance.

Optionally apply a thin layer of silicone sealant for waterproofing.

4. Notes & Tips

✅ Leave a 3–5 mm expansion gap between panels and corners to prevent warping.

✅ Avoid direct screw penetration into the panel surface—always use clips.

✅ Keep panels out of direct sunlight before installation to prevent pre-expansion.
